A “Religion of Peace’s” War Against Women

” The decapitation of a young woman who resisted being forced into prostitution by her own family has led to the arrests of four Afghans, and shocked a country that has seen its share of violence over decades of war.

Mahgul, a 25-year-old newlywed, was murdered in Herat, a region of western Afghanistan where attacks against women have been on the rise, Afghan police told journalists. Her killing this past week was particularly disturbing because her body was found decapitated outside her marital home.

Police said the arrests on Saturday include her mother-in-law, father-in-law, and her husband.

The fourth individual is reported to be her husband’s cousin, who was arrested later after witnesses said he was seen with a bloody knife outside the house at the time the murder took place. The 18-year-old, identified only as Najibullah, confessed to the crime in front of reporters and television cameras, saying his aunt, Parigul, forced him to kill Mahgul.”

Malala Yousafzai

Malala Yousafzai, a 14-year-old Pakistani activist who won international acclaim for her work promoting peace, and two other young girls were shot and seriously injured Tuesday, police and hospital officials said.

Local police and hospital officials told NBC News that Malala was shot in the neck and head shortly after leaving her school in the Swat region. Doctors said they were working in an attempt to save the lives of all three girls.

Malala was nominated for the International Children’s Peace Prize in 2011 for a blog she wrote under a pseudonym for the BBC. She also won the National Peace Prize in Pakistan, was honored with a school named after her, and quickly became an outspoken critic of the Taliban in Pakistan and public advocate for peace.

In early 2011, the militants had added Malala to their hit list.

“We wanted to kill her as she was pro-West, she was speaking against Taliban and more important she was calling President Obama as her ideal. She was young but was promoting a Western culture in the Pakhtun populated areas,” Ihsanullah Ihsan, the spokesman of Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan or TTP said Tuesday.

Will Science Prove That God Does Not Exist?

“Over the past few centuries, science can be said to have gradually chipped away at the traditional grounds for believing in God. Much of what once seemed mysterious — the existence of humanity, the life-bearing perfection of Earth, the workings of the universe — can now be explained by biology, astronomy, physics and other domains of science.

Although cosmic mysteries remain, Sean Carroll, a theoretical cosmologist at the California Institute of Technology, says there’s good reason to think science will ultimately arrive at a complete understanding of the universe that leaves no grounds for God whatsoever.

Carroll argues that God’s sphere of influence has shrunk drastically in modern times, as physics and cosmology have expanded in their ability to explain the origin and evolution of the universe. “As we learn more about the universe, there’s less and less need to look outside it for help,” he told Life’s Little Mysteries.

He thinks the sphere of supernatural influence will eventually shrink to nil. But could science really eventually explain everything?”

My take on it is that when you separate the premises as presented of this theory from the rest of the story and question them thouroughly the theory still lacks scientific credibility. Thus it becomes a preconceived hypothesis liKe any other theory of the existence of God from the mind of an atheist.

“A gunman opened fire Sunday morning at a Sikh temple outside of Milwaukee, killing six people and wounding at least three others, including a police officer, before being shot to death, police said.

Greenfield Police Chief Bradley Wentlandt, acting as public information officer at the scene, said the shooting was reported at 10:25 a.m. at the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin in Oak Creek, south of Milwaukee along Lake Michigan. The shooting took place shortly before Sunday services were to begin.

A police officer who is a 20-year law enforcement veteran responded to multiple 911 calls about the shooting and came upon a gunman outstide the temple. The officer was shot multiple times, Wendlandt said. The officer returned fire, striking and killing the gunman. The wounded officer was taken to a hospital where he was undergoing surgery.”

Is There a Difference between Islamic Ideology and Nazi Ideology?

Call me an extremist if you want but when those of the Islamic faith deny what is depicted in the following video I cannot help but see no difference. And when I hear their voices of what they seek to impose upon the world I cannot help but see no difference. If there be a difference it is only in the words they use to depict what they seek to impose not in how they seek to impose. It is their attitude in regards to others not of their own kind that is the same. And their goal for the world can only be brought about in the same manner. Forced purification of the world was the goal of one ideology and forced purification of the world is the goal of the other. Neither ideology tolerate the beliefs of others.

Slavery, Forced marriage of children, honor killings, what do they all have in common? The answer is Islam.

A special police unit found over 1500 cases of forced marriages in England, Wales and Northern Ireland in 2011. almost 30% of these marriages involved children, the youngest being of the age of 5. and that isn’t all.

“But the case comes as no surprise to the Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation (IKWRO), which deals with more than 100 cases of forced marriage a year.
“We have had clients who are in their very early teens, 11-year-olds, 12-year-olds, the youngest case we had was nine years old,” said IKWRO campaigns officer Fionnuala Murphy.”

As to the honor code that you hear about so often and is the basis for the practice of the honor killings of women and children, a study showed that over 2800 attacks were recorded in the U.K., 500 in London alone. Families will deny the attacks as attacks of honor and those carrying out the attacks are respected members of their community. In fact they are looked upon as heroes in their community for defending the honor code.

Remember that these stories only cover a very small segment of the Islamic people in a very small section of the world. Then remember that the U.K, Wales and Ireland are considered to be Christian nations not Islamic nations and use your own imagination to estimate the number of the cases in other nations where Muslims reside. The number can only be staggering and might even be called an epidemic by some standards.

This is not the works of a few. This is the end result of a life style as practiced by a whole people. The honor code enjoys the support of up to 75% and is especially strong among the young Muslim. Remember, this practice is in accordance to the teachings and practice of Mohammed. He is the way, the truth and the life for the Muslim, every Muslim not just a few.
